Have you ever been vending at a show and thought “Why don’t the promoters do XYZ?” Us too. Con-Quest's promoters have a combined 30+ years experience as vendors on the convention floor and in Artist Alleys.  Our idea for a successful show is one that targets high attendee experience and a great value for our vendors and artists who we feel are the most critical piece of a show’s success!

To that end, we aim to be one of the most pro-vendor show options out there. Here are some of our added perks for vendors:

• Additional load-in time before the show

• Free access to the arcade (the same as VIPs get)

• Vendors and artists breakfast

• Discounted hotel room block (discounted beyond our attendees/block)

• Every weekend pass holder will get spendable con-bucks they can trade in to vendors for a cash value which the show will pay out at the end of the show (we are pulling out all the stops to get attendees spending money at the show)

• Additionally: we are giving an additional discount for our first year show.

• As an exhibitor or artist, we ask that you offer at least a 10% discount to ConQuest staff. They will be working hard to ensure your experience is fantastic, and we would appreciate your help in rewarding their fine efforts!
